Production in Italy
Craftsmanship
Our laboratory works daily on two main lines: fresh products and dry goods. With our mixes, we create pizzas, sandwiches, focaccias, piadinas, as well as cookies, crackers, friselle, and breadsticks. Each recipe is developed in-house, many directly by Tiziana, who has studied and experimented until perfecting every detail. Most of the preparations are still handmade, while some products are outsourced to selected external laboratories that faithfully follow our recipes, to meet high demand without sacrificing craftsmanship.
Certified Ingredients
Our products are based on a specific choice: using only high-quality, carefully selected, and certified raw materials. The ingredient that characterizes most of our recipes is wheat resistant starch , an innovative raw material that maintains a low carbohydrate content even after cooking. This allows us to offer products with more stable nutritional values and a better balance of fiber, protein, and carbohydrates.
For our gluten-free line, we use alternative flours and starches, such as tapioca starch , which guarantee the same goodness and lightness even for those who avoid wheat. Alongside these, we use legume flours, plant proteins, extra virgin olive oil, and natural sweeteners like erythritol. The result is nutritious, balanced products with complete proteins, designed for those seeking health and flavor on every occasion.

Linea Bella Vita's production begins in the heart of Pisa, in our artisanal laboratory. Here, a team led by Tiziana works every day with passion, precision, and patience to transform our unique blends into bread, pizza, cookies, pasta, and low-carb snacks. Each product is crafted following long and meticulous processes, including leavening for over 24 hours and multiple baking stages, which guarantee superior quality and artisanal authenticity.
