Who We Are
Pizza, bread, pasta, and desserts: with Linea Bella Vita, they return to the table in a light, artisanal version, full of passion.
Our story
Linea Bella Vita , our brand of low-carb products , was born from a simple dream: to give people back the pleasure of eating pizza, bread, and pasta without feeling guilty. It all began at Cinzia Bonfrisco's L'Ariete restaurant , when customers often said, "I can't eat pizza; the doctor has forbidden me." From there, the idea came: create a delicious, light pizza with fewer carbs than a salad.
That revolutionary pizza marked the beginning of a journey that led to the opening of the Pisa laboratory and the creation of an entire line of low-carb products. Today, Linea Bella Vita continues to grow with the same mission as then: offering healthy and delicious alternatives that allow everyone to experience food as a moment of joy, not sacrifice.

Philosophy and values
For us, Linea Bella Vita isn't just a brand, but a lifestyle . Our products aren't intended as a rigid diet or a magic wand, but as a tool for transitioning to a more balanced and mindful diet.
The values that guide us are clear:
Innovation
We are among the first in Italy to use wheat resistant starch , a European raw material that maintains its benefits even after cooking.
Craftsmanship
Each recipe is born from long and meticulous processes, with patience, precision and passion.
Wellbeing and Nature
We believe in a holistic approach to nutrition, combining nutritional balance, authentic flavor, and carefully selected ingredients.
They talk about us

Lorenzo , the chemist who introduced wheat resistant starch, making our products unique.
Tiziana , the soul of the laboratory, who with her hands and her passion created many of the recipes you love today.
And then Giovanni , Sofia and many others who contribute every day to carrying this reality forward.
Linea Bella Vita is made up of faces, stories, and expertise. It's made up of people who believe that food can be the starting point for a healthier, more balanced, and... more beautiful life.

Questions and Answers
What is wheat resistant starch?
What is wheat resistant starch?
It is a fraction of the starch that resists digestion in the small intestine and behaves partly like fiber. This helps reduce the available carbohydrates per 100 g of product and improves satiety , while maintaining a consistency and flavor very similar to the "classic" versions.
Note: Nutritional information varies by product, always check the table on the product sheet.
Are the products gluten-free?
Are the products gluten-free?
Many products are gluten-free : you can find them in the appropriate category, and the wording is always listed on the label. Mandatory allergens are highlighted in the recipe/label for each product; always check the individual product information sheet for ingredients, possible traces, and up-to-date information. If you have allergies or intolerances, choose only products that are clearly suitable for you.
How are the products stored?
How are the products stored?
Store products in a cool, dry place , away from light and heat, and reseal the package tightly after opening (use a clip or an airtight container). Shelf life depends on the product type: refer to the expiration date/best before date on the label and the instructions on the product information sheet. To maintain their fragrance and texture, consume within a reasonable time after opening.
Are the products truly handcrafted?
Are the products truly handcrafted?
Yes, we produce in small batches in our laboratory in Pisa : kneading, shaping and baking are done by hand.
To give you an idea: the friselle are kneaded, pierced, and baked twice; the braids are woven by hand and finished individually; the pan bauletto are baked in a dedicated oven and prepared individually.
We follow long and meticulous times according to our “ 3P method ”: Patience, Precision, Passion.
